These components feature our metallurgically bonded laser cladding wear coating on the most vulnerable areas of the part to provide the longest usage possible in your high-wear environment.

Laser cladding bonds a layer of tungsten carbide wear protection to our KX7 MaxThreshTM and MaxRoundTM box inserts, as well as to the inner radius of the left-hand frame assembly. This frame sees greater wear due to the crop flow direction. KX7 Extreme Wear components are available as replacement parts, as well as ThreshStartTM and full-rotor kits.
