On March 7, 2025, Kondex Packager/Order Fulfillment Sheri Sonnentag retired from Kondex Corporation after 27 years of service. While she worked in the Packaging Department for her full tenure with Kondex, she was always happy to help other areas when possible. She’s assisted in both the Sickles and Concave Departments periodically.
“I’m going to miss the people I worked with and the relationships I’ve made over the years,” commented Sonnentag. “I always tried to bring a positive attitude each day and have really enjoyed helping others.”

Sonnentag most fondly recalls the poker walks Kondex once held, along with the many luncheons and cookouts throughout her career. In her retirement, she looks forward to spending more time with her husband Pat, and her 12 grandchildren. Other hobbies include horseback riding, gardening, and tending to their yard.
“I wish Sheri well in her retirement,” said Packaging Team Leader Ann Hoff. “I hope she enjoys spending time with family and doing the things she likes.”
